Pet Fence Training FAQ’s
How old or big must my pet be to be trained to the fence?
Your pet should be well adjusted to its home environment before you start training. We recommend that your pet be at least eight weeks old, but there are no minimum or maximum size limitations.
Will the correction hurt or harm my pet?
The correction is safe, harmless and humane. It is just effective enough to STARTLE the dog. The correction produces less energy than that produced by a static shock from carpeting.
How long does it usually take to train pets to the fence?
Typically, training takes about 2 weeks, but each pet is different. Our GentleSteps™ training technique allows us to customize your pet’s training experience to fit their personality, and this in turn allows your pet to learn their new boundaries faster.
Can I train a cat to the fence?
Yes, you can. Our indoor pet containment solutions are particularly useful in providing you with cat-free zones in your home.
Electric Pet Fencing Products FAQ’s

How will I know when the batteries need to be replaced?
